Josie moved out of the family home on day 40 of the Peabody challenge. As I've mentioned in the first update, at the time I played Josie's house, Luna's household was on day 60. This first Josie update brings her from the very first day of her adulthood all the way to day 60.

Josie moved into a cute little rowhouse, which she immediately made over to suit her personality. There is one bedroom and one bathroom in this small house, though she immediately added a garage, as she wanted a car. [Fortune sim!] She also got herself a few chickens.
Aren't they cute?
The Welcome Wagon came. Josie was excited. VERY excited.
Mostly about him. Leo Wilkie, Apartment Life townie. He's a fun guy, and he's definitely nice. His genetics give a little to be desired, but the Peabodies are all awfully pretty, so this might lead to interesting children...
Josie is definitely interested. She had no romantic wants as a teen, and all of a sudden, she's all over this guy. I decided to let her dictate what she wanted over the next sim-week or so. This seemed to please her.
Chicken coop! [The chickens are actually animated, have sounds and need both food and social. They are from here.]
Josie's new sister-in-law, Margaret, came by for a visit. The two of them get on beautifully, which bodes well for Leanne's relationship with Margaret--she'd never be with someone whom Josie couldn't get along with.
/ engagement spam.
It took Josie about a week before popping the question to Leo, but once she did, she had him move in immediately, although they delayed the actual wedding.

They do so love their chess board.
There are three date flowers bouquets around the house, reminding Josie of how much she loves her fiancé.
Leanne came by for a visit and immediately went for the easel. So much for spending time with her sister! ...
Random townie pictures. I can't remember her name, but she kept passing by during the first two weeks of Josie's adult life.
I love, love the penguin. Josie is one of the very few Peabodies who does not end up with an evil snowman... These kids don't have a lot of nice points.
Meet Tiss. Leo kept having a want for a womrat, and he was about to go into aspiration failure, so I figured it wouldn't hurt for him to get what he wanted.
They had a small, shotgun wedding in their living room one day, and less than an hour later:
Leo is thrilled! He would autonomously rub Josie's tummy whenever I'd leave them alone for a minute. (I have ACR, I expect them to go "relax" when I leave them alone. Autonomous tummy rubbing was a nice, welcome change.)
Throughout most of her pregnancy, Josie worked on her garden, and managed to get a gold gardening badge in the process. Leo spent the whole time working on getting promotions so he could get to his LTW.
Here is baby June! I still had my old default eyes in. Not for long, though!
Leo spent hours sitting in that chair looking at her. [I know he wasn't really looking at June, but he would autonomously sit down and angle his head that way. That's good enough for me, and makes for a great picture.]
Gardening is still Josie's passion and they spend a lot of time out in the yard as a family.
*high five*
/ this is where I left Josie's household to play her other siblings for a while, including little sister Lilah, who is the crazy cat lady of the bunch. Her lady cat had three kittens...
The newest resident of Josie's household is one of them: Ron is a sweetheart who took to the new digs really well and made quick friends with Josie and Leo.

Josie had a makeover. She looks a little bit older this way.
Leo really loves Ron and spent a lot of time playing with him and rubbing his belly.
Birthday time!
June turned out to be an adorable toddler.
Potty training face! (And potty patting!)
/random townie... she is pretty good friends with Josie
Josie had a little accident while working on the garden, and I didn't notice until she got to the bathroom. Oops? Thankfully, she was just a little charred...
The kitchen had a bit of a makeover. As did the rest of the house, but I don't have pictures of each room, unfortunately.
Thank you, ACR! With June as cute as she is, I figured it was safe to let them breed again. Plus, Leo is an amazing father.
